Wholesome Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces macaroni

3/4 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs

1-1/2 cups grated raw cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni in boiling water as per package directions, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and mustard, and cook over low heat while stirring.
Gradually add milk, whisking to prevent lumps, then remove from heat and add cheese, salt, pepper, and macaroni.
